Minimum of 30 People for all Functions

1. All deposits are non-refundable and may only be used
for initial date reserved. If date is cancelled or rescheduled,
deposit is still non-refundable. If event needs to be rescheduled,
another deposit is required. $700.00 initial deposit for Weddings;
$1000.00 four months before Wedding. Balance due 48 hours
before Wedding. Deposits for all other functions:
30-100 people $100.00, 101-500 people $300.00

2. The date of your function is not guaranteed until
deposit is paid. Tentative bookings are good for
one week only.

3. No bubbles, glitter, or poppers.

4. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought
into the banquet facilities from outside sources or
taken out of the facility.

5. Not responsible for lost or left behind articles.

6. Prices are subject to change to meet increase in cost
of supplies, food and beverage.

7. Classics reserves the right to change rooms
depending on the size of function or drop in size
of people at your function.

8. Classics must have an exact count of guests 48
hours prior to date of function. This will be your
guaranteed amount for which you will be charged
even if fewer guests attend. Food and beverages
cannot be taken from Classics after functions. The
menu selection must be made three weeks prior
to the date of function for chef to properly
prepare for function.

9. All sit-down dinners with more than one choice
of entrees must have color-coded cards to
identify dinner choice.

10. Classics reserves the right to refuse alcoholic
beverages to anyone (no one under 21 will
be served).

11. Please add 18% service charge and current sales tax
on all figures quoted in our banquets menu.
